Obituary for Romualda Gadomska-Gromek
Romualda “Romcia” Gadomska-Gromek, age 66, of Derby entered into rest on Saturday, November 28, 2020 at Yale New Haven Hospital with her beloved daughter by her side.
She was the wife of the late Roman Gromek. Romualda was born in Zasław, Poland on March 2, 1954 daughter of the late Józef and Stefania (Dwornyk) Galinurów. Romualda was a very private person who treasured her family and friends, loved to cook and enjoyed fishing.
She was the loving mother of Sylwia Gadomska, Marcin Gadomski and step-son Grzegorz Gromek and his fiancé Bernadette and sister of the late Urszula Galinurów (Helen Dwornikson). Romualda was also survived by her granddaughter Julia Gadomska.
On Friday, December 4, 2020, friends and family are invited to her memorial mass at 11:30 AM at St. Michael Church, 75 Derby Ave., Derby. The Edward F. Adzima Funeral Home, 253 Elizabeth St., Derby has been entrusted with her arrangements. Friends may leave condolences at www.adzimafh.com
