Obituary for Jeffrey Michael Pytlak Jr.
Jeffrey Michael Pytlak, Jr. entered into eternal rest with the angels on April 8, 2021 at Yale-New Haven Hospital with his loving family by his side.
He was born in Bridgeport on March 31, 2021, loving son of Jeffrey and Yvette (Rodriguez) Pytak. Although Jeffrey’s time was short, he shined a light of joy and love that will always be remembered. He filled his parents with love and made everyone smile. His little light will always shine in our hearts.
Jeffrey was the beloved grandson of his maternal grandparents, Michael and Sylvia Rodriguez and his paternal grandparents Walter and Sandra Pytlak and nephew of Chris Pytlak, Michael Rodriguez and Jallisa Rodriguez.
A walk through wake will take place for family and friends on Wednesday, April 14th from 5 to 7 pm at the Riverview Funeral Home, 390 River Rd., Shelton. Visitors are required to wear masks and social distance as they walk through, pay their respects and exit without lingering to ensure all guests can come through. His funeral service will be held on Thursday at 11am at Mt. St. Peter Cemetery, 219 New Haven Ave., Derby.
