James Graham, Jr., age 84, of Shelton entered into rest on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at his home with his loving family by his side.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Karen (Neal) Graham. He is also survived by a daughter Kathi (Evan) Leviss, son James Graham III, three grandsons Ethan, Hunter and Cole Leviss. He is also survived by sister Delores (Glen) Smith, sister in law Theresa Graham and brother in law Richard (Karen) Neal, as well as nieces, nephews and cousins. Jimmy was predeceased by his parents Jean and James Graham, Sr., his son Terrance Graham and brother Brian Graham.

Jimmy was a physical education teacher in the Stratford School System for 35 years. He also worked for the Stratford Parks and Recreation Department in several capacities. Jimmy, an avid golfer, was a member of Brownson and Race Brook Country Clubs. He and Karen enjoyed traveling and weekends in New York.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic his burial services will be private and a celebration of his life will be at a later date. Contributions may be made in Jimmy’s name to the Shelton Animal Shelter, 11 Brewster Lane, Shelton, CT 06484.

Jim was the only gym teacher I remember working with. He had a very positive impact on his many students and the teachers!
Eli Whitney School was a better place because he was there! So sorry for his loss to the world! My husband, Richard (your HS

My condolences to the Graham family, I had the opportunity to be his nurse and reunite with them as they were my neighbors growing up. It was an honor to be his nurse. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
